What if I dont have a 3D File or Technical Drawing?Please attach any relevant information, dimensions and describe the work in detail. We have often reverse engineered replacement parts from photos with just a few basic dimensions, we will do our best to help you.

Can I pay via PayPal?Unfortunately we currently do not accept PayPal as a payment method. Invoices will need to be settled via bank transfer.

How do I get a quote?Follow these steps: 1. Click “Get a Quote” button on site homepage. 2. You are redirected to our RFQ form. 3. Please fill out all information including technical drawings and 3D part files. 4. Submit! You'll hear back from us in 24h.

Will we sign an NDA?Yes, absolutely. The security of your data is a priority of ours' regardless - but should you feel there is a part or job that is particularly sensitive, we will be more than happy to sign any relevant documentation.

What are your payment terms?Our payment terms are NET30, however, for new customers the first invoice will be proforma.
